Dickerson Cabinets is seeking dedicated Finish Specialists to join our finishing team. As a Finish Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing our custom cabinetry to the highest standards. This role involves sanding, staining, and spraying, ensuring each piece meets our strict quality guidelines for beauty and durability.

Key Responsibilities:

Sand cabinets and wood surfaces to prepare them for staining and finishing.
Apply stains, sealers, and topcoats using a variety of spraying techniques and equipment.
Ensure consistent color matching and finish quality throughout all products.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
Maintain and clean all tools, equipment, and the work area in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

Experience in wood finishing, including sanding, staining, and spraying.
Knowledge of wood species, stains, and finishing products.
Ability to operate and maintain spray guns, sanding equipment, and other finishing tools.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
